5.2 Payment Authorization

When you supply us with your payment details, you give us permission to charge your chosen payment method for all subscription costs and relevant taxes. You also confirm that you represent the authorized user of the payment method and agree to keep your payment information up to date.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Unless you cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of every billing period. We will charge you the rate in effect at the time of renewal, which might be different from your initial rate if prices have changed.

5.4 Price Changes

We may adjust our subscription prices from time to time. We will not apply price changes retroactively and will provide you with reasonable notice before any change takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after the new price starts, it means you accept the new pricing.

5.5 Late Payments

Our Right to Deny Refunds

  • This guarantee applies only to subscription fees, not to separately purchased Add-on Credits.
  • This guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals, only to your initial subscription.
  • Once a refund is issued, your account will be permanently closed and you will lose access to all data and reports.
  • This guarantee may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

  • LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, REPUTATION, OR GOODWILL;
  • COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES;

You will continue to have access to the Service until that date, and you are responsible for all fees until the end of the period.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if:

  • Your account is involved in illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • You fail to pay subscription fees within 14 days of the due date.
  • Continuing to provide the Service would break the law.
  • Your use of the Service creates a security risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination

After Cancellation or Termination: When your subscription ends, your account will be archived. You will have ninety (90) days from the date of cancellation or termination to access your account and download your data. During this 90-day period:

  • You can log in to access, review, and export your data.
  • You can reactivate your subscription by paying any unpaid fees to regain full access.

After the 90-day access period, your data will be permanently removed from our systems, unless the law requires us to retain it for a longer period. If you wish to have your data deleted sooner, you can request immediate deletion by contacting hello@meetfyno.com.

13.5 Survival

The following sections will continue to apply even after these Terms are terminated: Sections 3 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law).
